Who the data controller is
The controller of your personal data is me, Jakub Simon, custom web design, Company ID (IČO) 29723311, based in Brno. You can contact me by email at jakub@simonweby.cz.
What data I collect
When you write to me through the contact form on this website, I process only the details you fill in yourself:
- your name (what I should call you),
- your contact details, an email address or a phone number, so I can get back to you,
- your message and the type of website you are interested in.
I do not collect any sensitive data and I do not use advertising tracking cookies.
Why I process it
I use the data solely to handle your inquiry, that is, to reply to you, arrange a consultation and prepare a quote. I do not use it for anything else and I do not sell it to anyone.
How the message is sent
The form sends your message to my inbox by email through the FormSubmit service, which handles delivery (it acts as an intermediary for sending the email). The website itself runs on the Cloudflare platform, whose servers process the usual technical data needed to run and secure the website (for example your IP address).
How long I keep the data
I keep your inquiry for as long as is necessary to handle it and for any follow-up work together. If you ask me to, I will delete your data.
Your rights and deleting your data
You have the right to know what data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted entirely. Just write to jakub@simonweby.cz and I will deal with your request as soon as possible.
